SNNERGY respects your privacy and provides a clear process for requesting deletion of personal data associated with SNNERGY Publishing and connected third-party services, including Meta, Facebook and Instagram.

Request Data Deletion

You may request deletion of personal data associated with your use of SNNERGY Publishing, including data received through services you have connected or authorized, such as Facebook and Instagram. To submit a deletion request, email snnerji@hotmail.com with the subject “SNNERGY Data Deletion Request.” Please identify the SNNERGY account, business or connected service concerned. Do not send passwords, access tokens or other confidential credentials.

Facebook & Instagram Data

If you have authorized SNNERGY Publishing to access Meta services, your request may include data associated with the connected Facebook Page, Instagram Professional account or Meta business assets that SNNERGY has processed through Meta’s official APIs. You may also revoke SNNERGY Publishing’s access through your Facebook or Instagram account settings. Revoking access prevents future authorized access but does not replace a deletion request for data already stored by SNNERGY.

What Happens After Your Request

We will verify the request as necessary to protect your account and connected services. After verification, we will delete personal data and integration data associated with the request where deletion is applicable. Certain information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or the integrity of non-personal editorial records. Any retained information will remain subject to our Privacy Policy.
